Privacy policy

This page explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website and what rights you have. It applies to visitors in the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Berlin, Germany. When you open a page, the web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and stably. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting provider processes this data on our behalf. Log files are deleted after a short period.

This website does not use external fonts, analytics tools or advertising cookies, apart from the optional Meta Pixel described in section 5.

3. Contact by phone or e-mail

If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the data you give us (for example name, contact details, message) to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data when the enquiry is settled and no legal retention duty applies.

4. Enquiry form

When you use the enquiry form, we process your name, e-mail address, optional phone number and your message, as well as the page address and referring page from which you sent it (this can include advertising campaign parameters). The data is sent by e-mail to us (AG&J Realty) and, as a copy, to the owner of the property, so that the owner is informed about enquiries. It is used only to answer your enquiry and for the possible sale of the property. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to the address above. The form data is not stored on the web server.

5. Meta Pixel (only with your consent)

If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. The pixel receives data such as your IP address, browser information, the pages you view and actions such as clicking a contact button or sending the enquiry form. We use it to measure the effect of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may process the data in third countries, including the USA, and, according to Meta, acts as a joint controller for parts of this processing. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without your consent the pixel is not loaded.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the start page. Further information is in Meta's privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to the address in section 1.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The current version is always on this page.
